The founder
Building things since before it was cool
I'm Sacha Vandamme — a software engineer, indie builder, and the person behind KupaLabs. I've been writing code professionally over decades, mostly in the backend and infrastructure space, with a particular depth in fintech and API-driven systems.
My background spans financial infrastructure — payment rails, card issuing, ledger systems, and reconciliation engines — built for companies where correctness isn't optional and every decimal point matters. That experience shaped how I think about software: boring reliability over flashy complexity.
